Malama Government Solutions, LLC (MGS), provides mission critical services and solutions in support of Department of Defense (DOD), Federal, State, local government and commercial clients. MGS portfolio of services is diverse from Construction, Environmental and Facilities-Base Operation Services, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics and Information Technology. Professional services including consulting, engineering, technical, and health and medical staffing solutions.
MGS was founded upon the principles of being Ethical, Honest, and Honorable in all of our business and community service endeavors. We are managed by former government acquisition executives with expertise in all aspects of the procurement process, including FAR 15 Contract by Negotiation and 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration 8(a) Program) awards. We are also managed by high competent and experienced Program and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
With the support of our industry partners, we provide our clients with an expeditious and best value approach to supporting their mission. DOD and VA agency awards to MGS under $100 million may be accepted by the SBA for a direct set-aside, sole source contract, without additional justification and approval [FAR 19.808-1(a)] and are not subject to protest [FAR 19.813(a) and (b)]. This can dramatically decrease the amount of time between solicitation, issuance of award and project completion.
